We are a newer company in Rock Hill, SC and are growing fast thanks to the great customers and leadership team! HG Global is an up and coming corporation that will soon be the "Go To" for many companies in different industries across the globe for our Engineering, Manufacturing, Solution based needs and customer relationships. 

Owner/President

Claude "Tripp" Gwin started his career as a United States Marine and did a tour of duty in Fallujah, Iraq. This highly decorated Marine was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps and started his civilian career as a machinist and metal fabricator. He received two Engineering degrees from York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC and graduated in the top of his class before moving into the Engineering field. He worked for one of the lead industrial engine suppliers as an Application Engineer before moving on to join one of the lead Water/Wastewater manufacturers on the east coast. After a while of leading the Engineering and Design department there he decided to team up with a friend and launch a company to cover more industries and place their company on a path to be a multi-million dollar corporation to make a difference and give back to the communities all over the world.  He enjoys looking for shark teeth on the beach with his wife and two boys, Golf, and exercising.

Owner/CEO

Shane Hughes began his career in Machining Technology in 1993. After obtaining an Associate’s Degree in Machine Tool, Shane went on to work for a major heavy truck supplier. In 1999 he entered the power generation supply market with a major steam turbine supplier and held positions in manufacturing, engineering, and eventually sales. After completing his undergraduate and MBA from Winthrop University, he decided to team up with a friend to start their own business to cover more industries and build a multi-million dollar corporation. Shane enjoys sports with his wife and 3 sons, golf, beach trips, and exercising.

Business Development / Sales Manager

Scott Snowberger, started his professional career as a designer in the plastic injection molding industry in Kent, Ohio.  After many winding roads he left the plastics industry and went to work for the CNC Machining and Metal Fabrication industry in sales, quoting and business development.  Scott takes pride in every project he manages and wants only the best quality and on time deliveries for his customers.  Scott lives in rural Kershaw County and loves the country life with his wife, 4 children and may add a few farm animals to the list in 2019.  Please contact Scott for your design, manufacturing and fabrication needs.
